This week, we have been coming up with lots of ideas in preparation for our Hot Write next week. We’ve discussed different settings: places that our story might take place, the adjectives to describe it and what could happen to the sandwich there. We’ve also taken some bread for an adventure around school! We took the bread for a walk and as we went, we came up with ideas of things that might happen to it. We sat our bread on a pond, dropped it on bark and ‘tripped’ up, kicking the bark all over it, and we even stepped on it to see how flat it would become! We came up with some great ideas and adjectives and we can’t wait to use them in our writing next week!
